Refund policy

Workshop Registrations

All class and seminar registrations are non-refundable once purchased.

Due to limited working and audit spots, Odor Ops LLC cannot issue refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or schedule conflicts.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another qualified handler or participant by providing written notice at least 7 days before the event.

Transfers must be approved in writing by Odor Ops LLC before the start date.

Merchandise Purchases

Apparel and other merchandise are eligible for exchange or replacement only if defective or damaged upon arrival.

To request an exchange, email info@odorops.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Event Cancellations by Odor Ops

In the unlikely event that Odor Ops LLC must postpone or cancel a class due to weather, safety, or instructor emergency, all registrations will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date.

If a new date cannot be provided, registrants will receive a full credit toward a future Odor Ops course.

By completing a purchase or registration through odorops.com, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
