By accessing or purchasing from odorops.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
These terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, visitors, and affiliates.
Odor Ops LLC is a registered business in the State of Wyoming.
Our services include K-9 training, odor theory workshops, detection dog education, and the sale of related apparel and merchandise.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using our site.
3. Class & Workshop Registrations
All registrations for Odor Ops classes and workshops are non-refundable once purchased.
Working and audit spots are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another qualified participant with written notice at least 7 days prior to the event, pending approval by Odor Ops LLC.
Odor Ops LLC reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or modify class details due to weather, safety, or instructor circumstances.
In such cases, registrations will automatically transfer to the new date or be credited toward a future Odor Ops course.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By registering for or attending any Odor Ops training event, you acknowledge that handling and training detection dogs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury to persons or animals.
You agree to assume full responsibility for yourself, your dog, and any property you bring to the event.
Odor Ops LLC, its instructors, affiliates, and property owners are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in training events, demonstrations, or use of this website or its materials.
5. Merchandise Sales
All apparel, patches, and merchandise sales are final unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Exchanges or replacements will be provided upon request within 7 days of delivery.
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address and order details are accurate prior to checkout.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, designs, graphics, course materials, and written descriptions — is the property of Odor Ops LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
7. Privacy
We value your privacy. Any personal information you provide is collected and used solely for processing orders, communication, and service improvements.
